How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $100 and over. Orders under $100 pay a flat rate, shown at checkout. We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping. Larger items, such as furniture and rugs, may take a little longer, and carriers can experience delays during peak seasons and holidays.
How do I track my order?
Every order ships with tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first update after the label is created.
What if there's a problem with my order?
Arrived damaged, or we sent the wrong item? We're sorry about that. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
Package running late or can't find it? Send us your order number and we'll check tracking and work directly with the carrier to locate it. If it turns out to be lost, we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Can I return or exchange something?
Of course. If you change your mind or received an unwanted gift, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll gladly help you exchange it or get a refund. A few things to note: return shipping isn't covered, refunds go back to the original payment method, and items need to come back unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Can I change my address or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. We can update or cancel orders that haven't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, we can't redirect it.
